What is Event Unlock?
Event Unlock is a one-time payment per event that activates all premium features for that event — co-planners, client portal, vendor briefings, seating chart, and collectibles. Each event is unlocked independently; there are no recurring charges.
What is Lifetime Access on the Signature plan?
Lifetime Access on the Signature plan gives you permanent access to account-level premium features like advanced CSV exports and reusable vendors — paid once, never expires.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers through Paystack.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Event Unlock payments and Lifetime Access are one-time purchases — there is nothing to cancel.
